How can I remove the fake stock tracker on my New Belle theme?

I had a website designer create my website and they put a fake stock tracker on each product that shows up when the product is clicked on. I’ve looked through all the downloaded apps and have no clue which one it is so I can’t get rid of it. Is this a built in feature for the New Belle theme? How can I get rid of it??

Perhaps post a list of the apps and we may be able to help? I guess there’s a number of them, alternatively it could be part of the template
