Can someone please help me to remove the “Green Privacy Button” on my main page for me?

Without seeing your page, it’s hard to know exactly what button you are referring to. However, if this is a Shopify supported theme then you can certainly put in a theme customization request with one of our Support Advisors.
To get in touch with a Support Advisor through our Help Center: (https://bit.ly/2OO3k4E) log in, select a shop, search a topic, and click “Continue” at the bottom of the page.
If you are using a third-party theme, you can reach out to your theme developer directly, or consult one of our Shopify Experts for a hand.

How do I contact 24/7 support? It keeps redirecting me to “log in” again and again!
