How can I remove the navbar hover effect on Venture theme?

Hi there

How do I go about removing the navbar hover effect on my shopify venture theme. I’ve tried inspecting the code and I can see it sits in a file called theme.scss.css but when I go through the shopify platform and try to edit code it’s nowhere to be found the file theme.scss.css that is.
