How can I remove the site logo and announcement bar from this specific page?

Can someone please help me remove our logo and announcement bar from this one page? I added code to remove the menu and footer, but we need to remove the rest. Thank you!

1. From your Admin Page, click Online Store > Themes >Actions > Edit code
2. In the Layout folder, open the theme.liquid
3. Find the and below the line, add the code below.
