How I can remove Sort by just from my collection pages in Minimal theme ?

How To Remove The ‘Browse By’ And ‘Sort By’ Drop Down Menus

1. Go to theme editor.
2. In the theme preview, navigate to any collection page on your online store.
3. In the theme editor, you should now see the Collection pages tab; click this tab to view the settings for collection pages.
4. Uncheck Enable collection sorting.
5. Uncheck Enable filtering by product tag.
6. Click Save.

I would like at checkout for some products to gave this message and customer to be able to buy just in pairs.
