Thank you for the screenshot showing the banners you would like to hide/disable. I did check in with our partner support team and they confirmed we are not able to hide or turn off those banners at this time.
I can definitely understand why you would want to hide them. I have submitted feedback to our developers on your behalf around this and hopefully that is an experience we can improve in the near future.
