On the lower right of my store I have the feature to be able to send a message I want to remove it. Since it is not a feature I want to use.

Is this the tawk.to Live Chat app from the Shopify App Store? If so, you should see it in the Apps section of your admin, and you can follow these steps to uninstall it from your store.
If the app has already been uninstalled, I recommend contacting the app developer for further assistance. It is possible that some of the app’s code is still installed on your theme, and in that case, the app developer can help you remove it.
