I understand that you’re looking to remove the underline from the Newsletter form. In order for myself and other community members to assist you better, are you able to share the URL of your store? If you do not wish to do so, you can share the name of your theme, and confirm whether or not this form is being generated by a third party app, or if it is a feature on your theme.
If you are looking for a more custom solution, and aren’t too proficient with code, you can look to use a third party app for your newsletter needs. For instance, the Email Marketing Newsletter SMS app allows you to build your pop up and show your forms where you would like on your store. There are also various apps that you can check out on our App Store.
