Would like to rename my collections page. The ideal name would be products for use.

You can do that from your store main > Products > Collection, edit collection, and change the title.

I’m actually trying to change the title for Collections to Products. Not specific collections.

You can go to Online store > Themes > Customize > Collections list and edit Heading from here

So you must go to your Online store > Themes > Edit default content
Search “Collections” and change it from here
