Hey I just really need help renewing my domain, I accidentally forgot to set auto renew and as far as I’ve found I cannot renew an expired domain on my own.
I can’t find the way on contacting support

I’m glad you were able to catch your domain expiry in time for our support to help you with this. As long as the domain is still in that limbo stage after the domain has expired our team should be able to assist in renewing it for you. You mentioned that you were having trouble contacting our live support. I’ll include the steps for that below.
To contact our live support please follow this link: Shopify Help Center - Contact Support, sign into your store account, search for your issue (renew domain) and use the contact support button at the bottom of the search results to see all our live support options.
