I closed my store but want to keep my domain. I have until tomorrow to renew but can not find where I can renew. I keep going in circles. I need help.

In order to access and renew your domain or transfer your Shopify-managed domain to another store or domain provider, you’ll need to contact our live support team.
If your store was cancelled and there are no pending invoices or balances owing, our support team may be able to reopen the store temporarily to allow access to the shop in order to take care of any outstanding business. Through our community forum, we are unable to access your account information.
To speed up the process of contacting support, I’ll share the steps below.
How to contact Shopify Support:
- Head over to the Shopify Help Center.
- Log into your store. If you’re unable to, select ‘I don’t have an account.’
- From the topics provided, select Online store > Domains > Other.
- On the following page, scroll down to Get Support to view our contact options.
- For a faster response time, select our Chat with us option to be connected to a live chat advisor.
