Hi Folks, just hoping someone can help me please as I am unable to re order my collections list.. a the moment, all of my new sub labels appear below my sale section…and not up the front and i am unable to move them 
hopefully not a theme issue?? I am a real quamby with IT.. and looking for a simple fix please… thanks in advance kind regards,

Hi guys, I am not sure how to tell I am sorry… i purchased an app but then used a free one I think… can you pls advise how I can tell, i have gone into my store there are many there but it does not tell me which one I am using… I think it was testament… so sorry for being such a numpty

No problem, Leanne! You’re doing great and it’s totally understandable if you’re unfamiliar with all of this technical stuff.
If you go to Online Store > Themes in your admin, you should see the theme you’re working with in the Current theme section. Here’s an example of what this looks like in my test store, where I currently have the Brooklyn theme installed:
It’s possible to rename a theme (which can be helpful if you were working on different versions, for example), so if you don’t see the original name there, click the green Customize button. Clicking Customize will bring you to your theme editor, where you can click the three dots near the top right to see the original theme name.

So i thing the theme I have is Debut 6.0.2. after clicking the three dots.. as the pic you sent in your email for me to see, seemed not to come through… hopefully that is correct.Look forward to hearing from you,thanks so very much and kind regardsLeanne

I took a look at the Debut theme on my test store, and so far, I have been able to reorder the collection sections.
When you open the theme editor (under Online Store > Themes > Customize), you should see six little dots next to each section or block on your home page. You can click and drag these dots to reorder sections, including the Featured collection and Collection list sections.
This action is the same within the Collection list section as well—you can click and drag the six dots beside each collection to reorder them. Once you’ve clicked and dragged a section or collection to a new place, make sure you click Save so that the changes are reflected on your store.
If you’re not seeing the attached images in your email, try clicking the title of the post to get to the Shopify Community page. The images should be visible on the original post.
