How can I repair over 3,000 broken internal JavaScript and CSS files?

Hi there,

We recently ran an audit through SEMRUSH and it showed that we had over 3,000 errors with broken internal JavaScript and CSS files and 6,000 broken internal images.

How can we fix this? I think some of it is related to a deleted app but looking for some advice of how we get this resolved.
