How can I replace $0.00 with 'Available on Request' on my Warehouse 2.7.2 theme?

Hi,

I have been working on Shopify Store and I want to replace $0 with Available on Request and restrict the customers to add any products to cart as we need to provide them a quote before proceeding with the order. The Theme I am using is Warehouse 2.7.2 and I am not very familiar with liquid. Any assitance would really help me out.
