Our shop Kae Rae Creations does restocks at specific times every couple of weeks, and I would like to keep the “Restock” collection visible on the home page. Currently, when there are no items available in the “Restock” collection, it puts blank example products under the collection on the home page. Is it possible to replace that with a “Coming soon” text or something similar? I’ve perused the code and haven’t been able to find the example product code that the page is referencing.

Please go to Actions > Edit languages > Onboarding > Product title.
You can change it here.
Those are placeholder products from the theme, not real products. You can replace them with a “Coming Soon” message by editing the collection section to handle an empty Restock collection. What theme are you using?
