Hi, @ddcu . I’m happy to look into this with you! Which theme are you currently using? Are you making any other changes to your online store at the moment?

The way these images are displayed will depend on the theme you’re using and the available settings within that theme. You can typically change this within your theme editor. To get there go to Online store > Themes > Customize (next to the theme you’re using). From here, select your Default product template and you will see the theme settings for your product pages. The way these settings are named can differ depending on the theme you’re using, but the setting you’re looking for can usually be found in the Product information section. Using the Dawn theme, the setting is called Desktop layout and you would likely want to select the Thumbnails or Thumbnail carousel option.

Hi, @ddcu . I took a look at the Impulse theme, and while thumbnails are the default for the desktop view of your website, it looks like dots are the default for the mobile view. There isn’t a setting to change this from what I can see. That being said, I recommend double checking with your theme developer in case they are able to help with this further. You can find their contact information on the theme store listing for Impulse under the Support and documentation tab.

If they aren’t able to help further you would still be able to change this by editing your theme code. There is a Shopify Community thread here with some suggestions to get thumbnails for product images on the mobile view. If you aren’t comfortable with coding on your own, you can also hire a Shopify expert to help you.
