Hello I purchased a product on this site www.goldboutiqueofficial.it. I received a fake product. I know shopify and I have seen that the site was developed with Shopify. I report this abuse. I paid with cash on delivery.

It sounds like you may have already contacted Shopify Support or submitted a report to our team. Is that correct? While Shopify does not manage the fulfillment or shipment of orders, we can investigate issues internally if the store you ordered from is using Shopify.
