So it seems like there is a slew of these sites selling really cool, but pricey whiskey glasses. I ordered 2 in early November ($70). Never came. So, I’ve emailed them at 2 different email addresses, via their website contact form, and through Paypal. NOTHING.
It’s a slick site. And they have a social media presence. But – they turn off and delete comments. Just caught a few people posting who are in the same situation I am. Ordered and then ghosted.
How might I report HIPHOUSECOLLECTIVE.COM to Shopify? They should not be allowed to tae people’s money.
They look like a drop-shipper.

Looks like they are marking them up 50%+
So there is a possibility they did ship the item but it is coming from China and taking forever or who they ordered from delayed the shipping as well. Either way you were more likely charged an arm in a leg for cheap glassware.
The best thing you can do is spread the word around where you can. If they are selling on the Shop app I would also report them to Shopify. They haven’t shipped and wont cancel your order, I would do a chargeback.
