How can I report a scam from a specific online store?

Anyone knows how to report a Shopify store as I emailed the store for the last almost 4 weeks and no reply. Today the item arrived and is a joke - i ordered a 50 euro stained glass lamp and I got a mushroom on a flat piece of plastic!! I want my money back now!!

It sounds like you did not receive the item you ordered, I am really sorry to hear that. In this situation the best next steps for you are to contact your bank or payment provider to open a claim against this purchase.

Shopify is a software company, we provide the tooling for merchants to host and manage their own online stores, but we are not able to action refunds, returns, or exchanges on a merchants behalf. If you are not able to resolve this with the store you purchased from then contacting your bank is the best step forward.
