How can I report a vendor and get a refund for a wrong order?

I bought product from a vendor. On their website they say they ship within 14 days. They only shipped one of my orders and it was not what I ordered. They also then did not the rest of my order. They blocked me and refusing to refund me. How do I contact shopify to report them? How can I get my money back?

Hey, @Bfink93 .

Thank you for sharing this with me.

I can understand and appreciate your concern with your order. Shopify is the website and shopping cart service that some merchants use to run their online stores. However, we do not manage the shipping or sales of the store. One thing we advise is replying via the original order notification email you would have received. Since you did not receive your correct order in a reasonable amount of time, you can always reach out to PayPal or your credit card provider for further options regarding your payment and possible refund options. We cannot recover your money for you as we do not operate businesses on behalf of our merchants on the platform. I will say this, though; we do not condone any fraudulent activity on Shopify. If this does happen to be a Shopify store, filing a claim with your bank will trigger a notification internally, which we can use to investigate the shop as needed. We will take a look into the store’s activity and take action where appropriate. You are more than welcome to report your issue with the merchant, but for legal and privacy reasons, we will not be able to share the results of this investigation with you.

Please let me know if you have any further questions!
