How can I report an order issue if the shop is suspended?

HELLO GRETA.I SPENT $95.08 W/A COMPANY CALLED “THE OIL SHACK”(BASED OUT OF DALLAS,TEXAS),& THEIR SITE IS RAN THROUGH YOURS.THE OWNERS NAME IS CHARLES.I ORDERED A 1/2 POUND OF “2 DIFFERENT KINDS OF BODY OILS”(TOTALING ‘1 FULL POUND’).I RECEIVED A EMAIL FROM HIM STATING HE WAS OUT OF 1 OF THE OILS & “HE WOULD SEND MY WHOLE ORDER WHEN IT ARRIVES”.WHICH IS THE WRONG RESPONSE.HE SHOULD HAVE EXPLAINED THE SITUATION,TOLD ME WHEN THE OIL WOULD BE IN & GAVE ME A OPTION TO PROCEED.2ndly,HE DID ALL OF THIS 1 1/2 HOURS BEFORE CLOSING TIME(THEN REPEATLY HUNG UP THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED,FINALLY SENDING ME TO VOICE MAIL).SO,I SENT A EMAIL REQUESTING A FULL REFUND-BECAUSE OF HIS DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR.I FINALLY CALLED AGAIN THIS MORNING TO ADDRESS THIS ISSUE(HE PICKED UP,WAS VERY RUDE…TOLD ME HE COULDN’T HEAR ME-AS SOON AS HE HEARD THE WORD REFUND…& HUNG UP IN MY FACE SEVERAL TIMES).I NEED ASSISTANCE IN RETRIEVING MY $ BACK(THAT’S ALMOST $100),& HE’S NON-RESPONSIVE VIA 1)EMAIL, OR 2)PHONE.I WORK HARD FOR MY $,& DON’T DESERVE TO GET TREATED IN THIS FASHION…& “YOUR PLATFORM” IS SUPPORTING THIS VENDOR.PLEASE CONTACT HIS STORE AT (214)948-1700…& ASK FOR CHARLES…ORDER #2196…UNDER THE NAME:“MICHAEL JORDAN”…DEBIT CARD ENDING IN 4548.PLEASE EMAIL ME W/THE RESULTS.THANK YOU.IF YOU DON’T HAVE THE ABILITY TO HELP ME,PLEASE FORWARD ME REQUEST TO SOMEONE UNDER THE SHOPIFY UMBRELLA THAT CAN.I APPRECIATE IT.THANKS AGAIN.
