How can I report customers without recent orders?

Hello Shopify Community

We are looking for a way to report customers into a spreadsheet (or just normal report) that haven’t placed an order in the current and previous months. I believe this would be good as we would be able to target these customers harder. Looking for a native solution or free/paid apps too :slightly_smiling_face: Thank you

You should be easily able to segment those customers in the backend by order amount.

Hello,

You can just segment your customers using a filter on the customers page (change the date as needed)

last_order_date <= 2023-02-01

Then you can export
