How can we report fraudulant transactions from a shopify account/store which go off our bank statement on a daily basis. We did not purchase anything, no authorizations where given, how do we report such a fraudulant store / transactions. When we ask for a refund through the bank it takes time. At least once a day we get where a shopify store will deduct funds from our bank account. Through which channels can we request support on these fraudulant shopify stores.
