Each year, I have run a Shopify report to determine the discounts we gave at our POS locations according to discount code. For instance, we have “donation” and “trade” code. This is important to reconcile what we have to damage out as well as our trade accounts. This year, the report is no longer working. I spoke with Shopify and they stated that the discount report doesn’t work because it is no longer pulling data from our POS. I need to find a way to report POS discounts based on discount code. This was so simple before - I cannot believe that it’s no longer an option. I would greatly appreciate any help. PS. I have tried filtering from the orders window but it doesn’t provide all the info I need.
