I’ve purchased items from two uk shopify stores in the last three months that i’m certain are scams, the items are never sent out, there is no customer service and then when looking closely at reviews I find everyone else is having the same issue.
I’ve reported the first store twice and a few months ago, however, it’s still active. This is annoying as a customer but I can get my money back, but as a shopify store owner this really angers me as this will impact my brand image. I’m considering now going to either trading standards or a journalist.
Is there any way to get a director or senior manager to contact me to discuss this.
