How can I request a new MSM after migration to Plus?

We migrated to Plus back in May, had one call with our MSM who has since disappeared. I’ve sent several emails and chased up in Support Chat with multiple agents who have reached out to the MSM but have had nothing back.

Has anyone had any experience with this and how to request a new MSM?

Super frustrating. Not sure what the process will be now since there is a clear pivot away from MSM’s to onboard the AI assistant tool, but I was able to request a new MSM before by submitting a ticket to plus help via email.
