How can I request a refund for a closed store error?

I attempted to close my store a few weeks back and there was an error. I forgot to come back and try again another day before the new billing period. There is now an outstanding invoice and it wont let me cancel. Please help!

At this point, in order to access your store, the outstanding balance will need to be paid. Your best option would be to pay the outstanding invoice, close your store, then contact support to see what can be done about refunding that amount. Since your store will have been closed so quickly after paying the invoice, the likelihood of a refund is high - however, it is not guaranteed.

Feel free to chat with our support team (simply click “Continue without logging in” since you can’t access your account) before following the above steps to confirm whether a refund will be possible in your case. They are the only ones who are able to access your account to confirm this for you.
