How can I request a refund for an inactive account's monthly fee?

hello shopify support,

I woke up today with a $115 dollar payment in my bank account. I use to be on the $1 monthly payment but my account has been inactive for 3 months. I forgot to cancel but it’s been months since i’ve last been active. i’m confused as to why i’m still being charged. I deactivated my store today. can I please get issued a refund, anything will help i’m just very tight on money
