Hello, I need help on how to go apply for an account subscription refund. I played around with the 3 month free trial and I forgot about my account and it has been inactive for a couple months.I honestly forgot about it because I’m studying for next year university and also working to pay for my studies and rent. Last days I was travelling with my family and has no acces yo WiFi and I just checked my email and half of my savings were billed to pay my expires free trial. Please I’m desperate, $41 doesnt seem to much but for South America is 30 hours of labour.
Please someone could help, I’ve been too anxious money wise and now this hits me.
