I am sorry to hear that you’ve had a bad experience using Shopify and feel that you need to close your store as a result. Could you tell me more about what you’ve been having issues with, as I may be able to help?
If you’d like to close your store, you can do so from within the Shopify admin. This will take your store offline, you’ll no longer have access to your admin, and you’ll not be charged for your subscription moving forward.
