How can I require customers to upload a license at checkout?

I need my customers to email their licence before I can complete their order. Sometimes it can take time for them to do this and delays the order process. Is there a way I can get them to do a compulsory upload in the checkout before they can place their order?

I’d like to suggest a solution that involves adding a file upload option to the product page using the Easify Product Options app. Here’s a quick guide on how you can do it :

• Create a New Option Set: Once the app is installed, create a new option set:

• Add the File Upload Option: Within your new option set, add the File upload option type. You can customize it by making it required, specifying allowed file types, and setting a maximum file size for uploads.
