I accidently put in the wrong info for the buisness verification in the payment section, now its not letting me change any of the info and it keeps asking me to update info by sending an image of my passport and driving license. How do i reset it to where it asks for my SSN and birthdate?

The information you input for business verification for Shopify Payments cannot be updated within your admin. This information can only be updated by our team internally.
If you haven’t already, I recommend creating a support request through the Shopify Help Center, so our team can action this for you. If you have an existing support ticket, you can reply directly to it as this will ensure it reaches the appropriate team.
Ive been waiting in the queue for a couple of hours yet no response, Is it possible for me to get in contact with an admin so they can help solve my problem?
