After making a mistake in my Shopify Payments Information it will not let me rewrite the information. This is leading to a problem where I cannot be able to verify my identification.

- To reset your Shopify Payment information, you can follow these steps:
- Go to your Shopify store’s panel → “Settings” → “Payment providers”
- Go to Shopify Payment section → Click “Edit”
- Review and Save

My shopify is not giving me an edit button

It’d be best if you can show us a screenshot for the closer view, otherwise, you may want to try:
- Check the theme documentation: Some themes may have a specific location for the “Edit” button, such as in the theme settings or the theme editor.
- Check the page: Kindly check the page twice to look for the “edit” button, it may be hidden behind a menu or a button.
- Make sure you have the correct permissions to edit the page.
- Check your apps: Try disabling any apps that you have installed on your store and see if the “Edit” button appears.
- If you’ve tried all these ways but still not solved the issue yet, we highly recommend you to contact the Shopify Support to resolve it.

How can I reach out to Shopify Support? Their E-Mail tells me that I have to search for help in this forum.
For some reason there is no option to click on edit, clicking on manage doesn’t show me the option to change my name on Shopify Payments.

You can make changes to the Shopify Payments gateway information by navigating to Settings > Payments > Shopify Payments (Manage). Additionally, you can make changes to the store details by navigating to Settings > Store Details. If you are unable to make changes or update the information on Shopify store - you will need to speak with our live support about the situation. With that being said, you can get in touch with our live support by navigating to the Help Center.
When you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to make the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected accordingly.
