How can I resize a slideshow in the Refresh theme?

Hello,
I am working on the refresh theme and I want to reduce the size of my slideshow. I have seen many posts with the modification of “theme.css”. However, with the refresh theme, I can’t find “theme.css” in the Assets folder.

Is there anything different about this theme? If so, how do you reduce the size of the slideshow?
