I would like to give you the recommendation to support you so kindly follow steps below:

  1. Go to your Online store > Themes > Edit code
  2. Open your theme.liquid file
  3. Paste the below code before

@slourdel - is this the banner image? I recommend to use 2 separate images for banner , one for desk and other for mobile…

then using css you can hide/show the required image

And maybe a code for a home section banner that work for mobile… ?

@slourdel - you can go to customize section and go to home page and then add 2 separate sections for banner

one for desk and one for mobile… then we can set css for them
