How can I resize custom icons for mobile and desktop?

How can I change the size of these to ensure they are smaller on mobile and/or desktop.

I am referring to the NEW icon.

Follow these Steps:

1. Go to Online Store

2. Edit Code

3. Find theme.liquid file

4. Add the following code in the bottom of the file above tag
