How can I resize images on my main blog page?

Hi There,

I need help with two things

a) I want the images on the main blog page for my website - www.jonnyjonny.in to be better sized. Currently they have got cut from top and bottom. Please assist.

b) For my main blog page - the images are opening full width - I want them to be smaller. Anyway to fix that?
