As the Alchemy theme is a paid, third-party theme you would just need to reach out to its developers directly to get support for that theme.
You can check out the help docs for that theme here and you can contact the developers, Clean Canvas, using the form they have provided here.
There may be a member or members of our Community here that have had some experience with this theme or a similar issue that might be able to chip in here with some advice.
In any case, the theme developers should be able to answer your queries on the use of their theme.
