I’m struggling a bit, my products pics are so damn big, how can I resize them and how can I make landscape pics look like portrait pics, I know this sounds silly but I don’t know how to describe it but I have two images so you can see what I mean. The first pic is my shop and second one is a shop that I found and it looks way better.

You have to upload the same resolution images, if we can try this using css then images might be streached.

You can change image ratio of your products from your Online store > Themes > Customize > Collections > Default collection > Product grid.
Your theme may its name different with mine but I make sure it has that option in your theme customize.
