How can I resize specific sections on my webpage?

Hi I had a question about my sections. I would like my collection list to be bigger than my other sections. I can only change the page width to max 1600 px but then everything changes with it.. is there an option to resize only certain sections?

As you see what I have circled in red I would like to cover the whole page is that possible?
