How can I resolve a CLS issue affecting 32 mobile URLs?

Here it says that one of our URL has CLS issue more than 0.25 in mobile. So this has affected 32 of our URLs. How to solve this. Can you give me step by step process/

How do I do that like ensuring appropriate margin and padding? Where can I edit that? How can I give the correct width and height ? It would be very helpful if you can explain in detail.
