so i finally make two sales off my product and cant receive my money from a Failed Payout . it saying
“Your payout couldn’t be deposited because the bank account details you entered were incorrect. You need to enter bank account details for a valid checking account.”
so im like OK quick fix i think at least i then i stumble upon
To change your bank account, make the following changes:
Old account must match the information we have on file
To replace your bank account, first you need to confirm your identity by entering your old banking information.
now im thinking how can i put in old bank account information that right if you guys are saying that the bank account is wrong and not only that one of my payments was Paid ! i then say how if its not a working bank account which is crazy cause originally when i put my banking info it worked no red flags! the first payment i says paid but is not in my bank account and the purchase was a installed payment purchase and my second payments says failed which lead me up til where i am at now stuck with no help and trying to figure out what numbers i could have possibly type in wrong to change it to the right account info and routing i have Kan somebody please help me its driving me insane

it wont allow me to put in a request to talk with live customer service it jus brings me to select my shop then to the contact support page it wont allow me to get anywhere beyond that im just streesed at this point is there anyway someone can just email me please and communicate with me trapkrystals456@gmail.com

You’re on the right path. After you select your shop and you’re brought back to the Help Center, you can enter your concern in the search box and scroll down to click Continue under Get Support. Here’s an image that explains those steps:
