How can I resolve a failed withdrawal issue?

i am getting this messages .. and I don’t know how to contact my superior agent member to fix this problem … Anyone can u help me withdraw my money ???

Shopify does not provide support via Whatsapp. Whoever has messaged you is trying to collect personal information in order to access your Shopify store. This is considered a “phishing” attempt. It would be strongly recommended that you block this user and report them via the app. More information on blocking and reporting a user can be found in Whatsapp Help Center here.

If you have provided this user with any information such as your login credentials, then you should immediately take steps to secure your account by following our help document here.
