How can I resolve a large file issue for charge back proof?

I have a charge back in process. Im trying to prove the order has been sent by uploading the screen shots of documents with postal tracking numbers. Its saying the file is to large.

I dont know what to do about this. I cant even find an email to speck to someone at shopify end to help with this.

Can anyone help please ?

What is the size of the document that you’re uploading?

When uploading your chargeback evidence, make sure that each evidence file doesn’t exceed 2 MB. There’s also a limit of 4 MB for combined evidence files. You can find more requirements and guidelines for chargeback evidence on our help guide here.
