It will not load the page for me to cancel my membership. I looked it up on Google and it says go to Shopify admin then to subscriptions then contracts but it doesn’t show subscriptions anywhere that is available. Please offer some feedback because I really need help right now.
Do you mean you want to cancel your plan on Shopify? Check Settings-> Plan->change plan to see if that’s what you need to do? You will also see that you can Deactivate store on the bottom of the Plan settings.
I tried doing that but it will say page error over and over again and will
never let me do it
Maybe wait a bit and try again? I think something is going on with Shopify, it took me a lot time to log in and everything seems to take an extra long time to load.
