When I purchase a domain from shopify, there is a server error that appears can I know how I can fix this issue

In this situation, I would recommend trying the local troubleshooting steps listed below. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, I would also recommend speaking to our live support. However, if you contact the Support Advisors team through our Help Centre page, they will be able to look into your account and see if there is more information recorded about why the purchase won’t go through.

Local troubleshooting steps:

  • Ensure your device and browser are both up to date
  • Clear your cache and cookies. After this, completely restart the browser before purchasing the domain again.
  • Try to make the purchase using another device or browser (you can also try an incognito or private browser)
  • It is also important to ensure that you do not have any firewalls or pop-up blockers enabled on the device.
