Hi @Chief-Icy-Chill ,
It is a requirement that merchants need to be accepting payments via Shopify Payments in order to sell their products via the Shop app. Do you have Shopify Payments enabled on your store? If not, please refer to our documentation on eligibility requirements for the gateway and please note that Shopify Payments (and therefore selling via Shop) is only available in selected countries.
Yes, I enable everything on my store where I see it on there. Am I missing anything or what should I do?
Yes, I have Shopify Payments enabled on my store. What else do I need to do?
I’m having the exact same problem. Shopify Payments are enabled but the Shop app says they are not enabled. I tried disabling then re-enabling Shopify Payments, but no luck.
Hi @Chief-Icy-Chill and @unwedsailor ,
If you have enabled Shopify Payments and have met all of the other eligibility requirements for Shop, please contact our support team to ask them to review your account. They can review your store and hopefully provide some clarification on why you’re not able to enable Shop for your store.
