How can I resolve a theme conflict with a volume discount app?

Hi ,I will describe my problem now and after I’ll make the question for you guys or girls…Ok so the problem starts in june this year, an volume discount app enter in conflict with my theme and all goes fk up,I mean 4real F* up ,very low at sales,now after that one mouth i wasnt capable to make anything ,I was very sad..Right now I’ve speak with:

-Shopify help center - they didnt really help me ,

-The app developers - they are saying me to wait because they are looking at this problem and they dont can t give me an ETA ..Sincerly i don t think they will really help me..

  • I did all was in my power ( unistall the app,reinstall the app,literally I do not have more knowlage or anything to resolve it ) Im down 90%..

Now im thinking seriously to open another shop, search for money to buy this theme (https://themeforest.net/item/shella-ultimate-fashion-responsive-shopify-theme/22804833 ) .

Someone who is pretty expert at this or anybody who can help me with this problem please..

If it’s about theme issues,use a backup or try to rollback the theme files

Beyond that you really need to re-read what you wrote and recognize that if you do not communicate clearly what the core problem is or what the question is others cannot help.

I have already tried to solve the issue by applying a backup to my theme, but still nothing, it didn’t work.

  • When I ask for help from Shopify, no one helps me concretely to solve the problem.
