I attempted to change my son’s information to my own because he wanted me to help him with it but now the identity verification is asking for my son’s id instead of my own would you be able to resolve this issue with me?

That is a great question. I understand you are trying to change the account information from your son to yourself, however the system is still requesting ID verification from your son.
As this relates to sensitive account specific information, the best way to get this resolved will be to reach out to our Live Support here. You will need to be logged in as the account owner in order for us to take a closer look at this for you and help get that changed.
