How can I resolve an issue with an incomplete order from odernow?

Dear sir/mam,

I really need your help

I had order storage bag pack of 7 of Rs.1019. from your site ‘odernow’ and they scammed me they only sent 1 bag instead of 7

When I tried to reach them they even don’t reply I am facing very trouble and also they had blocked me from Facebook also

I really want solution

The link you shared did not work, so perhaps the store has closed down or moved. Are you still able to access the site? If so, please send me a direct link.

I would recommend contacting your bank with regards to you not receiving what you paid for, as they can assist with reclaiming the funds.

Did you receive the product already and hand over the cash? Or did you order it and pay up front without receiving the product?

Yes I had received the product then only I m be able to tell that the
company had made a fraud with me . I hand over Rs.1019 to the delivery boy
for the product

Yes I ordered from this site only
As I told u that I had ordered storage bag pack of 7
But I recieved only 1 bag where are other 6 bags
I want my money how long will it take to investigate

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you. Shopify is not able to provide any refunds in these cases and if the store is now offline, it’s possible that it was closed due to it conducting fraudulent activity. I’d recommend speaking to your local authorities if you believe you have been scammed.
